At an elevation of approximately 7,800 feet, our subdivision is located about 8 miles East of Bayfield (population 2,640), and just under 30 miles East of Durango, Colorado (about 1.5 miles North of Hwy. 160, population 18,588). This private subdivision consists of 39 lots of approximately 5-6 acres each.
Pine Spring Ranch is surrounded on three sides by over 18,000 acres of the pristine San Juan National Forest. You'll enjoy horseback riding, hiking, cross country skiing, snowmobiles, hunting, and much more. The SJ National Forest supports wildlife such as elk, deer, turkey, eagles, bobcat, fox, beaver, mountain lion, and bear.

Our Declaration of Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (CC&Rs) are the requirements and limitations of what you can do with your property. The goal of the PSRHOA covenants is to protect, preserve and enhance property values in the community.
